As another school year begins to wind down, it's easy to get lost in all the homework, projects, summer plans, etc. While I am grateful that this semester is almost over, I cannot believe how fast the days have gone by.
While it is important for students to work hard all the way through the end of the semester, I think it is equally important for students to take time to sit back and relax every now and then. Many students tend to get burned out by midterms so by the time semester projects and finals come around some may not even care to try as hard as they could.
Take the time to read a book for fun. Go for a walk, watch a movie without touching your homework, and just have some relaxing fun.
Finishing your semester strong is important yet very challenging. Try to devise a plan to make sure that you won't end up stressed out the last two weeks of school. College is supposed to challenge students but it doesn't have to be painful.
